The owner of 24 halls on a former steelworks site does not look for a contractor every time a tenant changes. For about 10 years, we have been responsible for the power supply and lighting of these halls and have adapted the installations to the needs of each new company.
Scope of work
We do everything a site with halls to let needs: from transformer substations and the lighting of each hall to CCTV, the network and painting the offices.
- 2 transformer substations, 4 transformers
- Power supply for 24 halls tailored to tenants' needs
- General and outdoor lighting
- Emergency and escape lighting
- CCTV and alarm in all halls
- Barriers and internet
- Plumbing and drainage for the support facilities
- Painting of offices and containers
Failure on Thursday, production on Monday. An unqualified person caused a short circuit in one tenant's switchgear room and damaged part of the transformer substation. We repaired it over the weekend, so production restarted on Monday. As a result, the tenant met its contract deadline and did not pay contractual penalties.
Substations, power supply, lighting, CCTV and network are handled by one contractor. The owner does not coordinate several companies.
We adapt the power supply and lighting to the company moving in. We are also called when a hall needs to be added.
We have been looking after these halls for about 10 years, so no one wastes time searching for cables and protective devices.
