We most often need companies for electrical, plumbing and drainage, and heating installations, ventilation with heat recovery, and air conditioning. On construction projects we also subcontract screeds and plastering.
With installations, you usually come on site at the shell stage and stay until handover.
A screed usually takes a day or two, plastering a week or two. A good job between bigger projects.
