We renovate buildings that stay open to people while the work is going on. We split the work into stages so the building does not have to close.
We work for owners and managers of stores, sports facilities, churches and public buildings. We modernise electrical installations and lighting, adapt rooms to a new use, and where walls are damp we start by drying out and waterproofing the foundations.
We carried out the renovation of the upper and lower churches in Kosmolów in stages, so one of them was always open.
In a former underground car park, we built training rooms for a fitness centre.
We dry out and waterproof wet foundations, and only then do we apply skim coats and paint.
In a larger building we can split the power supply into sections. At the fitness centre in Dąbrowa Górnicza, each of the 4 sections got its own power supply and meter, so the owner can see electricity consumption separately.
