One company is responsible for powering the entire hall, from the transformer substation to the last machine on the production floor.
We work for companies building or extending a production or service hall, and for plants that want to connect a new machine without stopping production. You do not have to coordinate several crews. On large contracts we take on the entire construction, and part of the work, such as the roof, is done by companies we work with on a regular basis.
At a waste incineration plant we connected a new machine next to a running line, and the plant lost no production.
When the deadline is tight, we work two shifts or through the weekend, as we did at a store in Bielsko-Biała between Christmas and New Year.
The substation at the halls on a former steelworks site was damaged on a Thursday evening. We repaired it over the weekend, so the tenant met its contract deadline.
We do as much as the project needs: the entire electrical installation of a new hall or just the power supply for one machine. Our team has been looking after the halls on a former steelworks site for about 10 years. When the tenant changes there or a new hall needs to be added, the owner calls us.
- Transformer substations and their connection
- Temporary site switchboard for the construction period
- Main switchboards and hall distribution boards
- Machine power supply and automation
- Lighting for halls and offices
- Service connections and cable routes
- CCTV and computer network
- Connecting machines in an operating plant
- Adapting installations for a new tenant
- Installations in hall extensions
- Repairing installation and substation failures
- The entire project under one contract
We also work to the client's standards. At a store in Jawor we carried out the installations according to the guidelines of a client from Germany, together with their inspector. During the works we corrected the main switchboard, which had arrived with factory defects, and the store opened on the planned day.
We have already worked in places including Szczecin, Warsaw, Kraków, Poznań and near Wrocław. To start, a few sentences in the form are enough: where the site is, what is to be built there and by when.
